Media Renamed to Column

Renamed "Media" to "Column" to clarify that the content is blog-style articles.

URL path changed from `/media` to `/column`.

App Screenshots Added

Replaced the hero section mockup with actual Floor app screenshots.

Added a screenshot section on the top page showing the floor map and cast management screens in development.
